Paul James - Thank You  Councillor Harry Andrews M.B.E. - Thank You

Many Thanks - To Paul James, author of the "Bargoed and Gilfach in Photographs" books for allowing us to use the photographs of Gilfach contained in his books on our website.  The images have been scanned in low quality and no copies of the images should be taken without the authors or publishers permission.

Councillor Harry Andrews

Thanks also - To Councillor Harry Andrews M.B.E. who has also supplied numerous photographs and news cuttings from his own collection. The photographs will be an invaluable resource which will allow our pupils to discover the local history of Gilfach.

If any residents, past or present, have further photographs we could refer to then please send them or a photocopy into the school so that we can add them to this site. Photographs will be returned.
