Book Purchase Visits: Schools Library Service arranges accompanied book purchase visits to library suppliers showrooms throughout the year. Library staff will have the opportunity to view and purchase a wide range of hardback and paperback books, which can be provided ready serviced. School Library Service staff will be available to guide selection if required. Customers who accompany us also benefit from free transport and our substantial discount terms.

Staff Appointments : If you are appointing new library staff we can assist with advertisements, short-listing and interviewing.

Special Requirements : If you have any special requirements in terms of information provision or access to our services, please let us know.

Inclusive Services: We are happy to make changes to support the disadvantaged within our community and provide resources for pupils with learning difficulties and from different ethnic backgrounds.

Equality of Service: We try to treat all customers fairly and sensitively and would welcome your comments in relation to this.

Service Improvements: We welcome your suggestions for improvements to the service.
