About Schools Library Service

Schools Library Service is a specialist library service available to all schools in the County Boroughs of Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent. We have over 189,000 resources, including books, videos, CD roms, audio- cassettes and books on CD. We also provide an advisory and training service on all aspects of school library development. We support literacy initiatives in both authorities through the provision of author visits and advice on Information Literacy skills.
